1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Atismos (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. Atismos connects athletes, coaches, scouts, clubs, academies, federations, referees, investors, and fans across Africa.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
• Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Federation and Association accounts require admin approval before going live.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

Atismos supports multiple account roles, each with its own responsibilities:

• Athletes must provide accurate sports profile and performance information.
• Coaches and Scouts must not engage in unauthorized player recruitment.
• Federations and Associations must represent legitimate organizations and undergo verification.
• All users must maintain professional conduct and respect other community members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Engage in match-fixing, doping, or other sports-integrity violations.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Atismos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform. The Atismos name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Atismos and may not be used without written permission.

6. Events and Marketplace

The Platform offers event listings and a marketplace. Atismos does not guarantee the accuracy of event information or the quality of marketplace listings, and there is no built-in payment processing — users engage with events and marketplace listings at their own risk and arrange payment directly.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atismos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
